Developed a scalable visual identity system for a hair and beauty brand transitioning from retail to a more structured, collection - led model. Designed a modular set of brand assets (social templates, product callouts, visual hierarchy rules) to ensure consistency across high-frequency promotional outputs. Introduced operational design thinking into the brand, including iconography and system elements that support backend workflows (labelling, categorisation, logistics clarity). Elevated overall brand perception from transactional to considered and boutique-aligned, positioning the business alongside more established competitors.
